Chinese Pottery Tiles – Han Dynasty (Pair Priced At)


Pair of hand molded pottery tiles each depicting dancing bellied figures. The tiles were made to decorate the walls of a tomb and the images were molded by hand in a high relief technique. This is an impressive example of the richness and luxury afforded to the deceased in ancient China.
