Nice collection of 7 Vietnamese Dong Son bronze axe heads mounted on contemporary metal stands. The smaller blades were made as votive pieces used in burials. The larger heel-shaped blades were used as war axes and are characteristic of the Dong Son culture. All blades have a beautiful malachite green patina.
